I booked 2 rooms and stayed one night in this hotel. All rooms were not completed with minimum facilities for a hotel. I complained to the hotel staff and they promised to provide it within 2 hrs, but until check out on the next day there were nothing provided in our rooms. So I don't recommend to stay in this hotel, otherwise you have to bring all you need.
Minimum facilities such as towel etc.were not provided by this hotel so be prepared yourself to bring everything you need. Do not expect it will be provided by the hotel. Otherwise do not stay in this hotel.

Staff is very eager to please. Although I didn't expect a luxurious accommodation, I expected some basic clean pillows, which I had to ask for. The air condition system wasn't functioning properly, but the staff quickly removed the filter and cleaned it, which fixed the issue.
The management don't seem proactive in preparing the apartments to receive new guests. If you don't ask for things to be fixed, they don't take fix it. Not sure if the recent economic crisis in the uae influenced the management policy to stop accepting credit cards as a form of payment.

Well the best thing I liked was late check out time. Then Rooms were also clean though it was almost 2 star standard and not a modren designed but the rooms were spacious and good price was a great attraction.
Worst staff ever Receptionist didnt know anything about Booked.net etc I showed him my reservation copy but he said his manager handles these booking matters and it was almost 11:30 pm midnight he wasted my one hour in arguing and saying me to go now and come back tomorrow when manager will be there, my booking was for that day? finally I took the room on couter rate and next day manager came and adjusted. Worst management the manager should manage properly by informing prior to the staff. Its fine if you are staying in Sharjah but if you want to go dubai taxi will charge almost 80 aed from there and no economy remains there then
